The shipping window for wholesale orders is 7-10 days.

 

We ship with UPS and USPS for most orders according to customer preference and cost.

 

We proudly manufacture at our facility in Lexington, KY.

O R D E R   M I N I M U M S

&   S H I P P I N G   C O S T S

A $250 minimum is required for first-time orders and $100 on subsequent orders.

Shipping typically costs 12-17% of the order total depending on your location. Shipping and handling costs are calculated based on order size.

 

Shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii vary. Orders placed online may incur additional shipping charges.

First-time orders must be prepaid with a credit card. hydra accepts all major credit cards. Net terms are available to established accounts on approval, typically only after one full year of business.

C R E D I T

All sales are final. Should you receive product that has been damaged in shipping, we will be happy to issue a credit or replacement. Please contact us within seven (7) business days with any problems. Be sure to inspect all incoming shipments and do not accept any shipments with visible exterior damage.
